1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 cups cooked shrimp
2 cups bean sprouts, parboiled in separate pan
Commercial teriyaki sauce
Hot cooked long grain rice
Tenderize the vegetables in a little water in skillet, adding shrimp and sprouts at the end.
Sprinkle with teriyaki sauce and serve with hot cooked rice.
