1 (18.25-ounce) package spice cake mix
1/3 cup applesauce
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 large egg
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Stir all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 350*F (175*C) or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks. Store in tightly covered container.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
