Fresh Peach Salsa

2 peaches, peeled, pitted and diced
2 plums, peeled, pitted and diced
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

In a medium bowl, combine peaches, plums, raisins, onion, lemon juice and mint. Cover and refrigerate before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
