100 Dozen Sugar Cookies

Serves: 100 dozen

12 lb. Shortening
11 quarts Sugar
72 eggs, well beaten
1 quart Milk
24 quarts Flour
2 cups and 1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup salt
1 cup vanilla

Cream shortening and sugar until light, using medium speed.

Add eggs and milk. Add flour sifted with baking powder and salt and vanilla.

Keep mixture in refrigerator, rolling a small amount at a time. Cut with a 2-1/2″ cutter. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake on a greased baking sheet at 360°F for 10 minutes.
