1 splash – Metaxa Ouzo
3 ounce – Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum
1 ounce – Sweet Red Vermouth
1. rinse glass with a splash of Ouzo
2. add 1oz. sweet red vermouth
3. add 3oz. captain morgans spiced rum
4. shake mildly for 1-3 minutes
5. drop in cherry and enjoy 🙂
Garnish with a cherry on a toothpick for style.
