Vinegar Pie

1/2 cup butter
1-1/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoon vinegar,
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
dash of salt
3 tablespoon flour
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Beat butter, sugar vinegar eggs and vanilla for approximately five minutes. Add salt and flour;blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream.
