4 egg yolks
1/4 box white powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 lb. unsalted butter
1/3 c. kaluha
1 banana
1 ounce Amaretto (more, if desired)
1 graham cracker crust
Have eggs, butter and kaluha at room temperature. Cut banana in thin slices and place on bottom of crust. Sprinkle Amaretto on banana and crust. Mix eggs, butter and kaluha. Then add sugar. Whip at high speed for 10 minutes. Pour into crust and refrigerate. Top with whipped cream if desired.
