4-5 medium potatoes (un-peeled), grated
2-3 Tablespoons canola oil
1 medium onion, minced
2 teaspoons salt
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon dried dill
6 teaspoons Ener-G Egg Replacer
8 Tablespoons water
1/2 cup bread crumbs or matzo meal
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
black pepper

Sauté onion until soft.
Add potatoes and salt, sauté for about 10 more minutes.
Stir in garlic and cook about another minute.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add remaining ingredients besides paprika, stir well and pour into a greased 9×13 pan.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake for about an hour.
