Turkey Fruit Salad

1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
11 ounces canned mandarin oranges, drained
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1 cup grapes, halved
8 ounces canned pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted

Combine mayonnaise, honey, ginger; mix well. Add remaining ingredients,except pecans. Season with salt and pepper (if desired). Chill. Stir in pecans just before serving.
