
1 ounce light-bodied Puerto Rican rum
1/2 ounce full-bodied Jamaican rum
3/4 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce coconut cream*
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4 blue curaçao
Garnish: fresh mint, Life Saver Gummies
In a cocktail shaker, combine rums, pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, and curaçao. Add ice, cover, and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass, top with crushed ice, and garnish with mint and gummies, if desired.
