1 pint strawberries
sugar to taste
1 tablespoon water
vanilla custard powder
Lightly stew up strawberries and sugar and a tablespoon water, just until the strawberries are soft enough to put through a sieve. Press strawberries through the seive to make a smooth puree. Make vanilla custard according to the package directions, but making it thicker than normal. Mix the warm strawberry puree in.
