1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup green onion (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all in large slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes, then low for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Stir twice an hour. Serve in bowl and garnish, salt and pepper to taste. Makes 10 to 15 servings.
Goes great with salsa and warm chips. Every time I make this for family or friend, it’s gone the same night, then they cry for more! Try it, you will see what I mean.
