4 cups Clamato Juice
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup watercress
2 envelopes gelatin
Boil the wine for at least 5 min to get rid of the alcohol then add gelatin and allow to soften. Mix with Clamato and watercress and chill in a bundt mold.
