Freeze several cubes of orange juice in a regular ice cube tray. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 ounce Smirnoff Orange Twist, 1/2 ounce Amaretto, 1/2 ounce Orange liqueur, 3 ounce Orange juice and 3 ounce Milk or cream. Shake sharply and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange.
