1/2 c Dried minced onion
1/4 c Dried whole tarragon
2 tablespoons Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Fennel seed
1 teaspoon Dried savory
Tarragon Mustard Blend Vinaigrette
1 Olive oil
1/3 c White wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Tarragon mustard blend
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Clove garlic, crushed
Tarragon Mayonnaise Sauce
1 cup Regular or lowfat mayonnaise
1/3 c Sour cream or lowfat yogurt
3 tablespoons Tarragon mustard blend
Stir Spices, together and store in an airtight container.
For vinaigrette:
Mix all ingredients together, store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Makes 1-1/2 cups.
For Mayonnaise Sauce:
Combine all ingredients; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Makes 1-1/3 cups
