75 ml (3 fl oz) natural (unsweetened) yoghurt
75 ml (3 fl oz) milk
2 tablespoons Tandoori Masala
1 tablespoon mild curry powder or paste
2 teaspoons Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
2 teaspoons pureed garlic
2.5 cm (1 inch) piece of fresh root ginger, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
