Taco Beef and Cheese

1 pound lean ground beef
1 large (1 cup) onion, chopped
1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, chopped
1 (10-ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
8 ounces (2 cups) LAND O LAKES® Deli American Cheese, cubed 1-inch
1 (1.25-ounce) package dried taco seasoning mix

Place ground beef, onion and red pepper in 10-inch skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until ground beef is browned (5 to 7 minutes). Drain off fat.

Combine ground beef mixture and all remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on Low heat setting for 4 hours, or High heat setting for 2 hours. Mix well before serving.
