Swiss Potato Pie

3 cup prepared instant mashed
1 potatoes
4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced onion, fresh
1 egg, slightly beaten

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and beat until well mixed. Spoon into a 9 inch buttered pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees or until puffed and golden brown.
