Swedish Meatballs for 50

Mix

13 lbs. hamburger
2-1/2 lbs bread in 1-1/2 quarts milk
12 eggs, slightly beaten
1-1/2 lbs grated raw potatoes
1 lb chopped onions
3 ounces salt
1 ounce pepper
1 ounce nutmeg

Form into balls and brown in oven at 400 for 15 minutes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Make a cream gravy from meat drippings and pour over meat balls.

Serves 50.
