2 bananas
1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
2 cups milk
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3-1/4 ounces package instant vanilla pudding mix
Slice bananas into crust. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add remaining milk and pudding mix; beat slowly 1 min. Pour into crust; chill. Garnish with toasted coconut, if desired.
VARIATION:
Substitute 1-1/2 cups fresh peach slices for bananas.
