2 loaves frozen white bread dough (thawed)
3 cups shredded mozzerella
sliced pepperoni
sliced mushrooms
Pizza sauce (optional… I never use sauce in my stromboli)
small amount of margarine
Cut each loaf of bread dough in half. Roll out thawed bread dough on floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Layer sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, and mozzerella on 1/2 of dough. Fold over, pinch to seal ends. Bake at 350 for rough 30 minutes or until golden in color. Remove from oven and cover with margarine.
