12-oz. carton cottage cheese
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
10-oz. pkg. frozen spinach
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs and flour in large bowl. Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly. Fold into cheese mixture. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 4000 for 40-60 minutes until top is puffy and lightly browned.
