2 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Combine all ingredients.
I usually make up a triple or quadruple batch of each, put them in labelled jars and have them on hand for quick seasoning and grilling.
