Solo Microwave Chicken

1 small skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into small chunks
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup uncooked regular (NOT instant) rice
1 cup water
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil (optional)

Put the butter and the rice into a Microwave Popcorn Popper.

Stir until the rice grains are completly coated. Add everything else, and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes on HIGH Then let sit for 5 more minutes.

Salt and pepper to taste.
