1 Pkg. (l lb. 2-1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (about 3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
4 large eggs
3/4 c. cream sherry
3/4 c. oil
Combine cake mix, pudding mix and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix at low speed of mixer until moistened, then beat at medium speed 3 minutes (or, beat by hand, 150 strokes per minute). Turn batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake, below oven center, in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) 45 to 50 minutes, until cake tests done. Remove from oven and let stand in pan 10 to 15 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack to cool. Glaze, if desired.
