Sherried Beef Casserole

A good recipe to also try in your crock pot. Have dinner almost ready as soon as you enter the door.

2 pounds beef steak, sliced
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup cooking sherry
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Cooked noodles for accompaniment

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a medium casserole dish, combine beef strips, dry onion soup mix, sherry and cream of mushroom soup.

Bake for 3 hours.

To serve, spoon the beef mixture on top of noodles.

Makes 6 servings.
