1 egg
3/4 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup salad oil
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Dash of pepper
Garlic salt to taste
Paprika to taste
Blend egg until frothy. Add buttermilk, salad oil, sour cream, sugar, prepared mustard, salt, garlic powder, salt, paprika and pepper; mix in blender 5-10 minutes. Keep refrigerated in a closed container. Sprinkle garlic salt over salad before adding dressing; sprinkle paprika over dressing.
