Scalloped Pineapple

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
4 eggs
1 (20-ounce) can of crushed pineapple, juice and all
5 slices of bread, cubed

Cream sugar and butter, beat eggs and add them to the creamed mixture. Add pineapple juice and all, then add the bread.

Now turn into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan, the mixture, not you, and bake at 350*F (175*C) for 40 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.
