Sauteed Gouda Wings

7 ounces Gouda cheese (chilled)
1 large egg, beaten
Dry unseasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
Honey mustard for accompaniment

Cut cheese into 6 to 8 wedges; dip in egg and coat generously with bread crumbs. Cook in melted butter in small skillet over medium-low heat until cheese is soft and browned on all sides.

Serve warm with honey mustard.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
