2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/4 red bell pepper (Capsicum), chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup fresh coriander(cilantro)
1 clove garlic
1 or more hot red chilli peppers (careful!!)
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients to desired smoothness and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Best with unflavoured corn chips
