Russian Zhareha with Chanterelle

1 kg potatoes
300-400 grams of fresh mushrooms
1 onion
100 grams butter
salt to taste

Potato brush, rinse and slice into fine strips. Bow clean and finely chop. In a pan of appropriate size, melt about half the oil, put chopped potatoes and stir. Hold the lid over high heat for 10 minutes. Add the sliced onions. Clean the mushrooms, rinse thoroughly, cut into small pieces and add to potatoes. Add salt, stir, add the remnants of butter. Cover and keep over medium heat for 30-40 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
