Russian Tvorog Paska

curd (tvorog) – 500g
butter – 200g
sugar – 1 cup
cream – 1 / 2 cup
egg (yolk) – 2-3 pieces.
raisins (seedless), almonds (chopped) – 1 tbsp
candied peel, cardamom (ground), vanillin – to taste

Cream butter with sugar until white, add the yolks one at a time. A lot of rubbing to dissolve sugar crystals, vanilla flavored and finely-ground and sifted through a fine sieve cardamom. Add double-strained through a sieve cottage cheese, raisins, almonds, shredded orange peel or grated lemon zest. Mix well, enter whipped cream, mix down, fill mass to «pasochnitsa» (special form for cooking), covered slightly moist gauze, close saucer, load a small yoke, put in the refrigerator.
