1 tablespoon Red Onion, Finely Chopped
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Raspberry Vinegar
1 cup Salad Oil
1-1/2 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
Makes about 1 Cup
Combine onion, sugar, mustard, salt, and raspberry vinegar in a shaker for mixing, or combine in blender for about 15 seconds.
Slowly add salad oil and poppy seeds and shake or blend for another 15 seconds. Store dressing in a clean glass jar and refrigerate when not in use. Shake well before using again.
