Raspberry Cream

Makes 4 Servings

6 ounces fat free sugar free raspberry yogurt
4 ounces prepared fat free sugar free vanilla pudding
2 to 3 drops red food color, if desired
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup cooked rice

In small bowl: combine yogurt, pudding, rice and food color; blend well. Fold in raspberries. Spoon mixture into individual dessert cups. Garnish with fat free and/or fat free whipped topping, fresh raspberries and mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
