oil for deep frying
1 small cabbage, finely shredded
2 medium carrots, finely shredded
250 ml chicken or pork, finely chopped
1 can chicken broth
1 package spring roll wrappers
Begin to heat oil in deep fryer.
In a large saucepan; mix cabbage, carrots, broth and meat. Cook until tender. Drain well in colander and pat dry.
Place heaping spoonful in center of spring roll wrapper and roll as package instructions.
Deep fry one or two at a time for a few seconds or until lightly golden.
