Pumpkin Bread

3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 each eggs
3-1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup water
2 cups pumpkin, canned
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Serving Size : 2

Mix sugar, oil and eggs, beat until mixed. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and spices together; add to egg mixture, alternating with water. Stir in pumpkin and nuts. Pour into two greased and floured 9 X 5″ bread pans and one 8 x 4″ bread pan.

Bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hours or until done.
