Praline Apple Pie

2-1/2 Cups Apples, peeled and sliced
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoon Honey
1/2 Cup Brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Cup Pecans

Preheat oven to 400. Combine apples, sugar and spices. Put in pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. In a medium saucepan, mix honey, brown sugar and butter; bring to a boil. Add egg and nuts. Remove pie from oven and pour the honey mixture over the top. Return the pie to the oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325o, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer, or until pie is set and apples are soft. Serve warm.
