2 lbs green beans, cooked tender crisp
2 lbs fingerling (or other mini) potatoes, split lengthwise and boiled
6 – 8 hard cooked eggs sliced in quarters
small jar capers
can pitted black olives
While potatoes are still warm, combine everything in a large bowl except eggs. Pour vinaigrette over all (recipe follows) and toss well. Garnish with egg sections and serve.
