Potato and Blue Cheese Pie

1 kg small new potatoes, unpeeled & sliced 2 lb
salt & pepper to taste
125 ml blue cheese, crumbled 1/2 cup
125 ml chicken broth 1/2 cup

In a lightly greased deep pie plate; arrange half of the potato slices. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle blue cheese evenly over potatoes. Add remaining potato slices and season with salt and pepper.

Pour chicken broth around edge of pie plate. Cover tightly with foil and bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove foil and cook until potatoes are lightly brown, approximately 10 additional minutes.
