1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Combine first 7 ingredients in electric blender, blending well. Remove center of lid and while machine is running, slowly pour oil into mixture until completely combined and emulsified.
Add honey and mix well.
Remove mixture from blender and stir in poppy seeds. Chill.
Makes 2 cups.
