1 lb. sausage (or substitute sliced fresh mushrooms)
2 cup onions, sliced
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 lb. mozzarella, shredded
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoon olive oil
Parmesan
Cook sausage and onions in fry pan. Add tomato sauce, 2 tablespoon flour, and spices. Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Layer mozzarella over the sausage mixture. Mix 1 cup flour, milk, eggs and olive oil. Pour over mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until the top is browned and puffed up.
