Lemon Juice 3 cups
Soy Sauce 3 qt
Sherry Wine 6 cups
Honey 5 lbs
Brown Sugar 2 lbs
Minced Garlic 6 Tbs.
Minced Fresh Ginger 3 Tbs.
Chicken Base 2 Tbs.
White Pepper 4 tsp.
Water 2-1/2 gals
Corn Starch 1-2 cups
Combine all the ingredients except the corn starch.
Bring to a boil.
Add Corn Starch. Add just enough to Slightly thicken the sauce.
Simmer 10 minutes.
