Pistachio Fudge

56 Ritz crackers, smashed
1/4 lb. margarine, melted
2 (3-1/2 ounces) package pistachio pudding
2 cups milk
2 pt. vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip

Mix together crackers and melted butter. Put into the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. While cooling, blend together dry pudding, milk and ice cream. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate until firm. When ready to serve, top with whipped topping.
