1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
1 package Royal instant pistachio pudding
5 tablespoon light cream
1/4 cup margarine
Combine sugar and dry pudding mix. Add cream and margarine; knead until ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Place into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Let set for about 1/2 hour, then cut into squares.
Makes about 1-1/2 pounds.
