1 Gallon Water
2 lbs. Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Tannin
1 teaspoon Nutrient
1 teaspoon Acid Blend (Do Acid Test)
1 pack Champagne Yeast
Cut off stalk and outer shell of pineapple. Follow recipe above. Pineapple is very good, and makes a nice white wine.
