Pepper Soup

2 green peppers, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
500 ml turkey italian sausage 1 lb
500 ml chicken broth 2 cup
250 ml water 1 cup
4 red potatoes, diced
1 can tomatoes, diced
185 ml cooking onions, chopped 3/4 cup

Crumble sausage and fry with peppers and onions in large saucepan. Add chicken broth, water and tomatoes. Add potatoes to simmering broth; cook until potatoes soft, approximately 20 minutes.

Serves 4
