1 (8 oz.) container commercial sour cream
1/4 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoon dried green pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dehydrated chives
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Refrigerate dressing overnight. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Yield: 1-1/4 cups
