Peaches and Cream Cheese Pie

3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 egg, at room temperature
1/2 cup milk, at room temperature
1 16 ounce can sliced peaches, (reserve 3 tablespoons juice)
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg, and milk. Pour into a 9-inch greased pie plate. Place peaches on top of mixture in pie plate.

Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and reserved juice from peaches. Spoon over top of peaches to within 1 inch of edge of pan.

Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top of cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 325-350 deg for 30-35 minutes.
