PB & J Rolling Pin Sandwich

8 bread slices
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup jelly

Cut all crusts from bread slices. Lay each piece on a cutting board and roll over several times with a heavy rolling pin until bread is very thin. Spread a small amount of peanut butter and jelly on each piece of bread and roll up, placing seam-side down on plate.

Makes 4 servings.
