1 cup water
2 teaspoons olive oil or cooking oil
2-3/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed, or 2 teaspoons snipped fresh basil
1 teaspoon active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
Add the ingredients to the bread machine according to the manufacturer’s directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.
